Tom Earns Holland Chamber Bright Spot Award for Helping the Holland Rescue Mission

  I am proud and very humbled to have received a Bright Spot Award from the Holland Area Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring an Impact Drive that benefited the Holland Rescue Mission.  This summer, instead of our annual clients and friends picnic, we put the money into sponsoring an Impact Drive with JQ99 to help raise awareness of the needs of this organization.  We collected over five grocery baskets full of donated goods during the three-hour, on-air campaign.  On September 8, I accepted the Bright Spot award on behalf of everyone who participated or donated during the drive.
